Once payment is received, your 12-month membership program will begin
Members may cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund. Diagnostic imaging procedures in the platinum membership (CIMT testing/echocardiogram/coronary artery CT calcium testing) are scheduled in 4-month intervals.
